Proven in operational service around the globe, Elisra's state of the art self-protection suites are deployed on board Israel Air Force fighter aircraft and helicopters, including the F-15I, F-16I and Apache Longbow.
All critical capabilities in one unit
For the first time, the most advanced multi-spectral DAS and ESM capabilities have been packed into a single LRU, delivering the highest accuracy identification and location. Accurate Direction Finding of received signals and geo-location significantly increase interception probability and enable swift response, minimizing the sensor-to-weapon loop.
The DAS and ESM system is a subset of the most advance unified system serve as Active and Passive system in one LRU for self protection and Escort Jammer application. Elisra presents the light passive "All in One" DAS for two different needs:
- For fighter Aircraf
- For Helicopters and Transporters

The Spectrolite – SPS- 65V-5 integrates four subsystems:
• SPS-20, Wide Band Digital Receivers which detect Pulse & CW radars within the low band to microwave frequency range.
• NBDR-25, Narrow Band Digital Receivers add-on to the
SPS-20 for detecting CW, high PRF and low ERP radars.
• LWS-20 sensors which detect laser pulses aimed at the aircraft, processed by the SPS-20 Analyzer.
• EW Controller – orchestrating the system's elements with the appropriate countermeasures and communicates with the avionic system on board.
The system incorporates provision for a Chaff/Flare Controller and tie-in with MWS and a jammer system.
Human Engineered for Combat
In the high stress combat arena, Spectrolite - SPS-65V-5 delivers clear real-time information. The identified threats are presented on the MFCD, or on an optional colored 3-inch display which provides an alphanumeric and special symbol representation of the threats:
- Type
- Angle-of-arrival
- Relative lethality or range
- Range
- Status of threats
