The new generation MRS is an all-digital, ruggedized, transportable intelligence computer for precise situation awareness on the battlefield, providing an "over-the-hill" view of the enemy while avoiding danger of exposure. By bringing mission-critical information to the front, the MRS enables all armed forces to make the most of real-time information - while assuring greater accuracy and safety.
Used either as an integral system or an add-on, the MRS-2000 receives, processes and displays real-time video images and telemetry data arriving from a variety of airborne platforms. Commanders, FACs and
FOs in the field are thus able to make mission-critical decisions based on a complete situation awareness picture.
Hundreds and thousands of still images can be stored in the hard disk for further offline processing.
Several users can access the MRS-2000 database, through a LAN port, in order to process those images. |
